Terms of Service

Site Passport is operated by Agentic Tech LLC (Atlanta, GA, US). By using the free scan or submitting a site to the directory, you agree to these terms.

The service

Site Passport provides (1) a free, instant scan that checks a URL's discoverability, bot-access, and content-markup signals, and (2) a public directory of sites whose AI-agent-readiness score is pulled and re-verified directly from that site's own public manifest, per the published methodology. Both are provided free of charge, with no account required.

Scores are informational, not a guarantee

A score, grade, or badge reflects what our checks could observe at the time they ran. It is not a security audit, a certification, or a guarantee that a site is safe to interact with, and it should not be treated as professional advice. Scores can change as a site changes or as our checks are updated — see the methodology page for the versioned check list.

Submitting a site to the directory

You may only submit a URL you own or are authorized to submit on behalf of. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or remove any listing — including for sites that don't belong to the submitter, sites that attempt to manipulate the scoring, or sites that are otherwise inappropriate for a public directory. Listings are automatically delisted after repeated failed re-verification, and automatically restored on recovery, per the methodology. Featured or promoted placement, if it ever exists, is always visibly labeled as such and never changes the underlying score.

Fair use

The scan and submission endpoints are rate-limited to keep the service usable for everyone. Don't attempt to bypass those limits, scrape the API at scale, or use the service to probe, attack, or gather data on sites you don't have authorization to test. We may block traffic that we reasonably believe is abusive.

Intellectual property

The Site Passport name, mark, methodology text, and site content are the property of Agentic Tech LLC. The embeddable score badge may be displayed by any site with a current, verified listing, linking back to its own listing. "WordPress" is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation; Agentic Tech LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by the WordPress Foundation.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Tech LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
